A suite for orchestra with five movements describing Halifax Harbour, premiered by Symphony Nova Scotia, Dinuk Wijeratne, conducting, Jan. 17, 2008 at Rebecca Cohn Auditorium in Halifax. N.S. Symphony of Youth (1994) 30 min. Commissioned by the City of Regina for their Civic Art Collection. Written for the South Saskatchewan Youth Orchestra, the Campbell Collegiate Concert Choir, The Classics (swing choir), and Senior Gold (stage band) from Campbell Collegiate. Premiered at the Prairie Festival of New Music, Feb. 26, 1994, at Campbell Collegiate. An award winning documentary was made of the writing of the piece and the students who performed as well as the concert. Each movement can be performed separately or the whole piece as a unit.
