Quartet for Horns  (1998) 12 min. Commissioned by the Canadian Horn Quartet for premiere at the International Horn summit in Banff, Alberta, in 1998. The members of the quartet were Martin Hackleman, Kurt Kellan, Joan Watson, and David Hoyt. There are four movements: Fanfare; Andante con Moto; Scherzo; and Echoes. Warwick.

The Bushwakker Brewpub. (2002)  17min.  for trumpet, horn, and piano. Commissioned by hornist, Kurt Kellan, and clarinettist, Don Oehler, in 2002 for premiere at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, March, 2003. The Bushwakker Brewpub is a popular watering hole in Regina where musicians often gather after concertts. The movements (Stubblejumper, Northern Lights, Screamin’ Mosquito Chili Beer, Last Mountain, and MacGregor’s Wee Heavy) are named for the beers brewed at Bushwakker’s.  CMC.
