Transplants This is a soundscape with live performer that compares the problems of transplanting plants to transplanting people. It opens as the Gardner is being interviewed, the parallels between transplants and immigrants becoming apparent as the work moves from Interviewer to Gardner to Immigrant to Performer, with the soundscape of music and sounds accompanying. A visual aspect can be added by having screens on both sides of the performers with projections of plants on one side and projections of immigrants on the other. Or as in the premiere, there was a set with props and lighting effects. https://www.dropbox.com/s/4obm4f3eagugqas/Transplants%20with%20oboe.mp3?raw=1
