A Prairie Alphabet Musical Parade  for full or chamber orchestra and singer (1993)  29 min.  Commissioned by the Regina Symphony Orchestra to be commercially recorded as a fundraising project to go with the popular children’s book, A Prairie Alphabet. CMC

Fantasy for Double Orchestra  (1988)  13 min.  Commissioned by the Regina Symphony Orchestra and the South Saskatchewan Youth Orchestra.  Premiered in 1988 and broadcast on CBC on Mostly Music. CMC

Festival Fanfare (1998) 5 min. Commissioned by the Saskatchewan Festival Association to celebrate their 90th anniversary. Premiered by the Regina Symphony Orchestra, May 2, 1998. Also available as a brass quintet and as a work for large brass ensemble and percussion. CMC

Flamenco Dance (2009) 8 min. Taken from the original ballet for the Winnipeg Ballet for full orchestra. Premiered by the Regina Symphony Orchestra, 2009 Contact E. Raum

Halifax Harbour (2008) 20 min.Commissioned by Dr. Jane Gordon in memory of her husband, J.J. MacDonald. A suite for orchestra with five movements describing Halifax Harbour, premiered by Symphony Nova Scotia, Dinuk Wijeratne, conducting, Jan. 17, 2008 at Rebecca Cohn Auditorium in Halifax. CMC

Impulse (1997) 25 min. Commissioned by the Regina Symphony Orchestra featuring the trombone section and premiered May 3, 1997. CMC

Overture from Carmen, The Passion (2008) 10 min.  Expanded orchestral work from the original ballet for the Winnipeg Ballet. CMC

Prairie Jubilee (1996) 12 min. Commissioned by the Saskatchewan Orchestral Association for string orchestra, specifically written to be performed by string players of playing abilities from beginner to advanced. CMC

Suite From Sir Gawain and the Green Knight  (1989) 16 min.  A suite of five movements based on the Medieval legend, commissioned by the Regina Symphony Chamber Players.  Rescored for full orchestra for the Regina Symphony Orchestra. CMC

Symphony of Youth (1994)  30 min.  Commissioned by the City of Regina for their Civic Art Collection.  Written for the South Saskatchewan Youth Orchestra, the Campbell Collegiate Concert Choir, The Classics (swing choir), and Senior Gold (stage band)  from Campbell Collegiate.  Premiered at the Prairie Festival of New Music, Feb. 26, 1994, at Campbell Collegiate. An award winning documentary was made of the writing of the piece and the students who performed as well as the concert. Each movement can be performed separately of the whole piece as a unit. CMC

The Green Man  (1993)  26 min. A ballet based with an ecological theme commissioned by the South Saskatchewan Youth Orchestra and the Saskatchewan Youth Ballet.  Was used in a documentary for local TV. CMC
